Return Policy
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided it meets the following requirements:
Condition: Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Excluded Items: Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom upholstery) and items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.
Accessories & Promotional Items: All original hardware, manuals, accessories, and promotional free gifts included with your order must be returned. If a promotional gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your final refund.
Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, authorized dealers, or offline retailers cannot be returned directly through us. Please contact your point of purchase.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has dispatched, you may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be processed according to our standard return policy.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the RIEIOR chair alongside all original accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts inside the original box.
Return Shipping Costs: Our customer support team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The label cost is split evenly: 50% covered by you, 50% covered by RIEIOR. Customer service will confirm the exact label cost with you before generating it, and your share will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned in their original box to ensure safe transit and refund eligibility. We strongly recommend holding onto all packaging until you are certain you want to keep the chair.
Missing Packaging: If you no longer have the original packaging, you must purchase a replacement box from us. Replacement box fees are $25 USD for US orders and €30 EUR for European orders.

Inspection & Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Original Shipping Costs: Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: If the item is returned modified, damaged, showing signs of installation/assembly, or missing components, RIEIOR reserves the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee from your final refund.
Damaged Items: Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper assembly are not eligible for a refund.
