Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted at the customer’s expense and are subject to approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for approved cases related to defects or incorrect items. For other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Limited Warranty Policy
All RIEIOR products include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use when assembled and maintained according to our official instructions.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear (fading, fabric fraying, seam separation, minor misalignment, cushion or upholstery deterioration, etc.)
- Cosmetic changes, including variations in color, texture, or natural aging
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or external factors (such as fire, flood, or pets)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products sold “as is,” second-hand, or through unauthorized resellers
- Damage from improper assembly or use not in accordance with official RIEIOR guides
- Use of non-RIEIOR parts or combining RIEIOR products with third-party components
- Incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product is defective under warranty, please contact us at official.rieior@gmail.com with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue. Do not discard the original packaging or parts until the claim has been processed. We will provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution based on the warranty assessment.
Damaged or Missing Parts
Our packaging is designed to minimize damage during shipping. If your order arrives with missing or damaged components:
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Provide your order number, shipping address, and clear photos of the issue.
Keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved.
We will promptly arrange to send replacement parts or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
