Free Standard Shipping

RIEIOR provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Should there be any updates to our shipping policy, we will notify you promptly and update the relevant information accordingly.


Order Fulfillment from U.S. Warehouses

We operate from local U.S. warehouses (East Coast/West Coast)、Germany warehouses to ensure efficient handling and faster delivery.

In most cases, your order will be shipped directly from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

Shipping Schedule

Order transit time is divided into two phases:

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

We normally capture an order within 24 h and schedule it for dispatch on the next working day. During peak seasons (e.g., promotional events) processing may take longer.

Transit Time: 1-5 business days.

Please verify that all shipping details are complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, which can delay delivery.

Our objective is to deliver your merchandise as fast and efficiently as possible. Every item is fully packaged for safe transport and handed over to professional third-party carriers (FedEx / DPD/ DHL / GLS).

 

After Dispatch

Dispatch Notification: As soon as your parcel leaves our facility we e-mail you a shipment-confirmation message containing the tracking number.

If the estimated dispatch date has passed and you have received neither confirmation nor tracking data, please reach out via the live-chat widget on our official website or e-mail official.rieior@gmail.com; our support team will assist you promptly.


Important Notes

Parcels returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or un-collectible address will not be re-shipped automatically. Contact us by e-mail with an updated address and any additional instructions.

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number assigned, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. All subsequent requests will be handled under our standard return policy.

After a cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Carriers provide ground service only. All ground shipments require a signature and/or proof of identification at the point of delivery.

We deliver to the door. If you reside above the ground floor, the driver will only proceed to your unit when a lift is available and large enough to accommodate the parcel. In the absence of a suitable lift or if stairwells are too narrow, the parcel will be left at the ground-floor entrance. RIEIOR does not assume or reimburse any additional delivery or service fees that customers may incur on their own.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

Verify the shipping address used at checkout.

Check with household members, neighbors, reception desks, or building managers.

Note that some carriers may send a delivery notice up to 24 hours before actual delivery.

 

Claims Policy:

Lost package claims must be filed within 14 days of the stated delivery date.

Claims for orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may not be eligible.

RIEIOR reserves the right to decline claims submitted beyond the 14-day window or when customer error caused the failed delivery.

If your package is confirmed lost, our team will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment whenever possible.
