At RIEIOR, we believe that a comfortable and supportive space can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
An ergonomic chair may seem like a simple piece of furniture, but for someone who spends hours studying, working, providing care, or supporting a community, having a better place to sit can bring greater comfort to their daily routine.
As RIEIOR continues to grow across Europe, we want to extend our commitment to comfort and ergonomic support beyond our products and into the communities around us.
That is why we are launching the RIEIOR Community Care Initiative — a long-term charitable initiative through which we donate ergonomic office chairs to local nonprofit and charitable organisations across Europe.

Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from established nonprofit organisations, charities, community organisations and other eligible social-purpose organisations whose work directly supports people and communities in need.
For the initial stage of the initiative, we are particularly interested in organisations working in the following areas:
1. Supporting Vulnerable People & Communities
We welcome organisations supporting people who may face social, economic or everyday living challenges, including community support centres, social care organisations and local initiatives serving vulnerable groups.
2. Children, Young People & Education
We are interested in supporting organisations that provide educational, learning or development opportunities for children and young people.
This may include educational charities, youth organisations, community learning centres and organisations creating better learning environments for young people.
3. Older People & Community Care
We also welcome organisations working with older adults and local communities, including community centres, care organisations and initiatives designed to improve everyday living and social connection.
We are especially interested in organisations where donated ergonomic chairs can be put to practical, long-term use.

What We Provide?
Selected organisations may receive donated RIEIOR ergonomic office chairs for use in their offices, learning spaces, community rooms, staff areas or other suitable environments.
The number of chairs and specific models provided will depend on the organisation's needs, the intended use and our available resources at the time of the donation.
We want every donation to be practical and meaningful — not simply a product placed somewhere, but something that can genuinely become part of the organisation's everyday environment.

Step 2 — We Review the Request
Our team will review applications based on several factors, including:

The practical need for ergonomic seating
How the donated chairs will be used
The potential long-term benefit to the organisation and its beneficiaries
Where appropriate, we may ask for additional information to verify the organisation and understand the proposed use of the donation.

Step 3 — We Discuss the Donation
If an organisation is selected, our team will contact the organisation directly to discuss the donation, including the number of chairs, suitable models, delivery arrangements and any practical requirements.
Step 4 — The Chairs Become Part of Your Everyday Space
Once the donation is completed, we hope the chairs will become a useful part of the organisation's daily environment - supporting staff, volunteers, educators, caregivers and the people they work with.
