Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts due to shipping or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Returns for Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (under normal use conditions for chairs), you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email for instructions. All returns must be approved in advance and supported with relevant information. Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Limited Warranty Coverage

All RIEIOR products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use, in accordance with the provided assembly and care instructions.

 

Exclusions -What Is Not Covered

To the following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear such as fading, fabric fraying, seam separation, minor misalignment, or deterioration of cushioning and upholstery (PU leather, fabric, genuine leather, mesh, armrests, casters, or plastic covers).
  • Cosmetic changes including variations in color, texture, or natural aging.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents, including but not limited to fire, flood, pets, or other external events.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by any party other than RIEIOR.
  • Products sold “as is,” second-hand, or through unauthorized resellers.
  • Damage from improper assembly or use not in accordance with the official RIEIOR assembly and care guides.
  • Use of non-RIEIOR components or combining RIEIOR products with third-party parts.
  • Incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

 

Defective Products or Missing Parts

Our packaging is designed to minimize shipping-related damage. If your order arrives damaged or with missing components:

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Provide your order details, shipping address, and clear information (photos if possible) about the issue.

Do not discard the original packaging or any parts until the claim is resolved.

We will promptly assist you in repairing, replacing, or providing the missing components.
